If you have mistakenly “Seated” a guest in easyTableBooking you can easily “Unseat” them again.
- Locate the booking you can mistakenly seated in easyTableBooking.
2. Open up the booking by clicking on the name.
3. At the bottom, you can see the button “Undo seated”. Press that and the booking will become unseated.
Once the booking is unseated, the allowance in the comment will be updated within 1 hour. It’s very important that you do not update the allowance in the comment yourself. This will automatticly be done by the system.
