Auto bookings are reservations that are automatically generated by our system. These bookings are only made for guests who have purchased a package and have not made a reservation themselves. This guarantees that there will be available space for them in the restaurant.
Autobooking is created before each meal. By 7 am for breakfast, 10:45 am for lunch, and 3:45 pm for dinner.
Autobookings will have the following arrival times.
Breakfast = 10:45
Lunch = 15:45
Dinner = 21:45
If you have bookings in easyTableBooking on these arrival times, it means they are most likely autobookings. Below you will find an example of autobookings.
Globe = The bookings is made using Allowance by the guest
No globe = Autobooking or created manually by a staff of the hotel.
